Star Ocean: The Last Hope is the next installment in the Star Ocean series for the Xbox 360.

Famitsu has revealed that the battle system will now feature 4 party members, and be more team-oriented. The hero’s name is Edge Maverick, while the heroine is named Reimi Saionji. The game will also feature more of a sci-fi emphasis than past titles with the ability to control your own ship.

It’s been said this ship is quite large, and will be able to land on at least 5 planets or other space-based destinations. One will be able to travel through the “star ocean,” jumping across planets.

The game will also take place a few centuries before the original Star Ocean (around S.D. 10, or approximately 2087 AD)

Two years after the Helghast assault on Vekta, the ISA is bringing the fight to the enemy’s home world of Helghan.

Taking the role of Sev, the battle-hardened veteran of the special forces unit known as the Legion, players will embark upon a mission to the planet Helghan to capture the Helghast leader, Emperor Visari, and bring the enemy’s war machine to a halt. For Sev and his squad, the invasion of Helghan is just the beginning.

Tasked with securing Pyrrhus, the Capital City, the team quickly discovers that the Helghast are a formidable enemy on their home planet. Not only have they adjusted to the planet’s hostile conditions, they have also harnessed a source of power from the environment that can be used against the ISA.

Sev and his team soon discover the fight is greater than simply addressing the enemy forces; the Legion must also learn how to handle the effects of the fierce enemy planet.

Halo Wars is a strategy game based on the Halo universe. In campaign mode, players will command the armies of the UNSC warship “Spirit of Fire,” consisting of familiar and new UNSC units in its initial encounters against the Covenant, an alien coalition threatening to obliterate mankind. Halo Wars will immerse gamers in an early period of the Halo universe, allowing them to experience events leading up to the first Halo title for Xbox.

With the guidance of Serina, a spirited artificial intelligence (AI) persona, gamers will direct legions of UNSC soldiers, Warthogs, Scorpions and more, each group having its own strengths and uses in battle. Adventurous commanders can also call upon ancient Forerunner technology, if they are fortunate enough to find it hidden throughout the battlefield.

Covenant forces are also waiting for players to lead them into battle in multiplayer skirmishes via the New Xbox Experience. Call upon an arsenal of new and familiar Covenant units such as Grunts, Elites, Ghosts and even Scarabs to defeat foes on the battlefield. Strategic-minded players who react well under pressure will emerge victorious.

Created from the ground up for the Xbox 360 console and controller, Halo Wars is being developed by the real-time strategy developer Ensemble Studios. Halo Wars can be played online through the New Xbox Experience and the single-player campaign.

The sequel of the Street Fighter series,will be the first brand new Street Fighter game released since Street Fighter III 3rd Strike.

Street Fighter IV fighters and backgrounds are rendered in 3D, but the gameplay is on a traditional 2D system. The game is closer to Street Fighter II than its sequels, and as such the “parry system” from Street Fighter III has been dropped. A new system called “Focus Attacks” has been introduced, as well as Ultra moves. Also it will feature an online multiplayer support.
